摘要
TD-SCDMA网络经过4期的建设后,覆盖日臻完善,TD-SCDMA用户快速发展目前已经突破4000万,但很大部分的用户和业务长期驻留和承载在G网,导致目前GSM网络利用率持续攀升,忙时网络利用率可以达到90%,而T网的码资源利用率还不到10%。本文详细介绍采取功率提升,2G/3G互操作参数优化和2G侧优化频率3种措施,在保障用户使用感知度和不影响网络KPI指标的基础上,有效地提升TD网络码资源利用率和承载能力,达到了G-T分流效果。
After the 4rd TD-SCDMA network construction, the coverage is improving, TD-SCDMA rapid development of the current user has exceeded 40 million, but the great majority of users and business bearing the GSM network, led to the current GSM network utilization keeps to rise, busy when the network utilization can reach 90%, while TD-SCDMA network code resource utilization is less than 10%. This paper describes the raising power, 2G/3G interoperability parameter optimization and 2G frequency optimization of three measures, the protection of user perception and does not affect the network KPI indicators, based on TD-SCDMA network code effectively improve resource utilization and carrying capacity, diversion effect to the G-T.
