摘要
探讨精粗顺毛花呢的设计方法及影响花型效果的关键工艺.产品采用精粗纱混合交织,大循环纱线排列,配合适当的组织,结合后整理工序,使产品具有了立体效应.产品花型光泽,身骨手感、立体效应完全符合设计要求.
The design method of worsted and woolen fleece is introduced.The influence of key technology on the pattern effect is analyzed.The prooduct is made of worsted yarns and woolen-spun yarns interweave,with large loop yarns and appropriate structure,combined with finishing process.The quality of the product meets the design requirement.
