摘要
面对近年来各类重大灾害频发,社会工作以其服务助人的专业优势,不断参与到灾后重建之中。作为社会工作内容之一的社会行政是一项将社会政策转化为社会服务的过程,强调对人力、物力资源的合理安排利用,充分发挥各类资源的服务效用,并注重对服务质量的监督评估,以提升社会工作质量。本文力图分析社会行政在目前灾后重建中的不足,探讨其在灾后重建中的应有作用,以期对社会行政的相关理论及实践有所裨益。
The face of major disasters in recent years,various types of significant frequency,social work services to help others in their professional advantage,and constantly being involved in disaster relief reconstruction.As social work is one of the social administrations of social policy into a social service process that emphasizes human and material resources of the reasonable arrangements to use,give full play to the effectiveness of various types of resources,services,and focus on service quality monitoring and evaluation to enhance the quality of social work.This paper tries to analyze the social administration in the current reconstruction of the shortcomings of its due role in the reconstruction,with a view of social theory and practice related to administration of benefit.
