摘要
采用絮凝沉淀法处理含磷废水,考察了复合絮凝剂APAC中铝与凹凸棒质量配比、盐基度、污水pH值及复合絮凝剂投加量对除磷效果的影响。实验结果表明:将盐基度为80%的APAC絮凝剂配成2g/L的液体,在m(铝):m(凹凸棒)为1:6、投加量为8~10mL、污水pH值为6~12的优化条件下,对实际生活污水中磷的去除率高于90%,出水中磷浓度低于0.5mg/L,可达到国家一级排放标准(GB8978-1996)。同时比较了在相同试验条件下复合絮凝剂与PAC絮凝剂对实际污水的除磷效果,结果表明,APAC的除磷效果明显优于PAC。
The wastewater which contains phosphorus was treated by flocculantion and sedimentain. Some factors which affect phosphorus removal were also studied, such as m (aluminum) :m (attapulgite) ,basieity, dosage and pH value. The experimental results shows that the removal efficiency of phosphorus is best when the mass fraction is 2 g/L,the basicity is 80% ,and m (aluminum) :m (attapulgite) is 1:6, the dosage is 8 - 10 mL, and pH value is 6 - 12. Under these optimal conditions, the phosphorus removal rate and the phosphorus of the effluent are above 90% and below 0.5 mg/L ,respectively, which can attain the national first class standard( GB8978 - 1996). And under the same conditions, the phosphorus removal of APAC composite floeeulant is much better than PAC in the water purification effect.
