摘要
供应链管理为造船企业提供了新的管理思想与方法。本文分析了造船供应链的结构与特点,根据现代造船企业自身的特点,提出了造船供应链管理的要点,为造船企业提高管理水平和国际竞争力提供参考。
Supply chain management provides new management concept and method for shipbuilding enterprise.This paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of shipbuilding supply chain,according to the characteristics of modern shipbuilding enterprises,puts forward the the key points of shipbuilding supply chain management.It also provides reference for shipbuilding enterprises to improve the management level and enterprise＇s competitiveness.
