摘要
人才是会展业发展的核心力量。广州会展业具有良好的先天基础和发展空间,但缺乏专业人才却成为制约会展业发展的"瓶颈"。高职会展教育是会展专业人才培养的重要组成部分,通过对广州一些开办会展专业或会展方向的高职院校进行调查,发现存在专业特色不明显、重理论轻实践、师资力量薄弱等问题,在探究其原因的同时,对广州高职会展教育的进一步发展进行了一定的探析,并从定位人才培养目标、构建课程体系、推进产学合作、加强交流合作等方面提出了一些建议。
Professional personnel are the core strength in developing the exhibition industry. Guangzhou＇s exhibition industry has a good foundation and congenital developing room. However, a lack of quality professional personnel has become the hindrance of its development. Higher vocational education is an important part of talent cultivation of the professional personnel of exhibition majors. Some problems such as relatively small number of institutes, weak professional features, emphasis on theoretical teaching rather than practical training, lack of qualified, etc. Some countermeasures are proposed to deal with the above problems.
