信息技术的发展为信息资源的获取提供了强大的支撑,如何使高校的信息资源建设更有序、更有针对性是高校信息资源建设与管理人员一直在探索的问题,高校信息资源建设必须要有明确的目标,以服务为基础,以保障为动力,通过有效组织、科学管理来为高校的教学科研服务。
The development of IT provides a powerful support for the access to information resources and how to construct the university information resources systematically and pertinently has preoccupied the minds of the information resources constructors and managers in universities.The construction of information resources must be preceded by clear objectives,serve-based and guarantee-motivated principles,effective organization,scientific management,and the goal of serving the teaching and research,disciplinary building and the needs of staff and students.
