摘要
研究了抗氧剂GM、抗氧剂264和抗氧剂2246对SBR/HAF混炼胶的硫化特性、力学性能和耐热老化性能的影响,并通过TG分析表征混炼胶的耐热稳定性。结果表明,与抗氧剂264和抗氧剂2246相比,添加抗氧剂GM的混炼胶具有更好的防焦烧性能,更高的力学性能以及更优异的耐热老化性能。TG分析表明,在三种抗氧剂中,加入抗氧剂GM的SBR/HAF混炼胶的耐热稳定性最高。
The effect of hindered phenolic antioxidants such as GM, 264 and 2246 on the curing characteristics, mechanical properties and heat aging properties of SBR/HAF blends had been investigated and the thermal stability of the blends was characterized by TG analysis. The results show that SBR/HAF blends added with antioxidant GM exhibits better anti-scorching properties and higher mechanical properties and better heat aging properties than that with antioxidant 264 and 2246. TG analysis shows that the thermal stability of the blends with the addition of an- tioxidant GM is better than that of antioxidant 264 and 2246.
