酒石酸托特罗定联合酒石酸唑吡坦治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛128例疗效观察被引量：3

Observation curative effects of treated 128 Cystospasm after TURP by Tolterodine combine Zolpidem

摘要目的观察酒石酸托特罗定联合酒石酸唑吡坦治疗经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后膀胱痉挛的效果。方法随机将128例前列腺增生术后患者分成3组,联合用药组手术当日起口服酒石酸托特罗定片2 mg,每日2次,酒石酸唑吡坦10 mg每晚1次,至停留置导尿后1 d;托特罗定组手术当日起口服酒石酸托特罗定片2 mg,每日2次至停留置导尿后1 d;对照组仅于患者诉疼痛不适时予度冷丁75 mg肌内注射。结果联合用药组在术后72 h内膀胱痉挛次数、膀胱痉挛持续时间及膀胱冲洗转清时间均少于托特罗定组及对照组。结论酒石酸托特罗定联合酒石酸唑吡坦治疗前列腺术后膀胱痉挛疗效显著。 [Objective] To observe the effect of curing cystospasm after TURP by Tolterodine combined Zolpidem. [Methods] 128 cases of cystospasm after TURP were divided into three groups randomly： combine group, tolterodine and control group. Combine group： tolterodine 2 mg PO bid, zolpidem 10 mg PO Qn; tolterodine group： tolterodine 2 mg po bid; controlgroup： dolantin 75 mg im. [Results] The frequency, total times of cystospasm and bladder washout times of combine group is less than that of tolterodine and control group. [ Conclusion ] Tolterodine combine Zolpidem is a suitable method to treat Cystospasm after TURP.
