摘要
本文论述了变幅载荷下的有限寿命疲劳强度评价方法与寿命估算方法,给出了用Miner 法则、修正Miner 法则和Corten- Dolan 理论进行疲劳强度评价和寿命估算的方法和计算公式。最后,还用4 种零构件进行随机疲劳试验对三种累积损伤理论的疲劳强度评价和寿命估算精度和安全性进行了验证和对比。
This paper discussed the fatigue strength assessment method and life estimation method of finite life under variable amplitude loading and by the use of Miner's rule, modified Miner's rule and Corten-Dolan's theory presented the fatigue strength assessment,life estimation method and the calculation formulae. Finally by conducting the random fatigue test on four kinds of components the verification and comparison have been carried out on the three kinds of accumulated damage theory for its assessment of fatigue strength and the precision and safety property of life estimation.
