摘要
职业能力评价是一个全新的领域,从职业能力概念出发,探讨多元化职业能力评价的内涵:一类或几类评价主体通过一种或多种评价手段,对评价者的行为活动所体现出来的知识、技能、能力等素质因素以及由于工作活动所获得的成果也就是绩效进行评价。在此基础上分析多元化职业能力评价特征及其评价指标。
The evaluation of vocational ability is a new domain which discusses from concept the connotation of vocational ability with diversified measures, e.g. the valuators make an assessment of the evaluated about their qualified and unqualified factors such as knowledge, skills, abilities and achievements with one single or muhiple evaluation tools. The paper, using this evaluation method, analyzes the features and the evaluation indexes of the vocational ability.
