摘要
对长细轴车削过程中，刀具轴向进给所产生的扭转振动、纵向振动、弯曲振动进行了计算与分析。找出了长细轴在切削中的频响特性。理论分析与计算和实测结果相符，结论对实际加工有指导作用。
The torsional vibration, longitudinal vibration and ben- ding vibration of slender shaft in lathing because of axial feeding are calculated and analyzed. The frequency response characte ris- tic in the feeding is found out. Theory analysis accords with prac- tical situation. Conclusion provides specific guiding act for the practical process.
