摘要
在社会深刻转型的背景下,国内特别是民族地区马克思主义意识形态的话语权遇到严峻挑战,在局部地区呈现出主导性与非主导性意识形态等量齐观的显性格局。建立马克思主义意识形态的优势话语权,不仅要不断实现和并强化意识形态话语在认知、价值、实践层面的有机统一,而且要通过强化机制和培养队伍,巩固和加强马克思主义意识形态的话语权,这是民族地区马克思主义意识形态战略的现实需要。
The discourse rights of Marxism ideological strategy in China, particularly in ethnic areas, have been severely challenged in the presence of social transition. As a result, in some areas the domi-nant ideology and non-dominant ideology compete against each other. In order to build the predominant discourse right, we must realize and strengthen the organic unity of ideological course in the level of rec-ognition, value and practice. We also must fortify systems and train personnels to consolidate and strengthen Marxism ideological discourse rights which is needed by the present situation of Marxism ide-ological strategy in ethnic areas.
