无轴承异步电动机结构设计及有限元分析

The Principle and FEM Compute of an Bearingless Motor with 5-Degree Magnetic Suspension

摘要 对无轴承异步电动机的机械结构做了详细介绍,并对其进行详细的有限元计算;利用Ansoft有限元分析实验平台进行了仿真试验。结论表明该无轴承电动机系统结构紧凑、承载力大;在大功率、超高速、微型化磁悬浮系统中具有潜在应用价值和发展前景。 This paper presents the advantage of the proposed suspension motor comparing to traditional suspension motor bearinged by magnetic bearings, FEM is used in this paper to analys the magnetic field of the motor and the HMB. An improvement to the HMB is proposed : employed 2 - slice - 6 - poles axial radial double - magnetic - poles structure for the first time, It suggests the possibility of high power, micromation and high rotational speed motors.
