基于灰预测模型的变频调速系统的故障诊断 被引量:1

摘要 应用灰预测模型对变频调速系统进行了实例故障预报,并给出了具体的建模过程。实例结果表明该预报方法结论可靠,能够及早判明装备系统状态的发展趋势,并为装备系统的安全生产及维修方案提供决策指导。结果表明该预测模型能使预测精度提高了10%以上,同时计算量并未明显增加。该方法还可以广泛应用于工业企业、医疗卫生等行业各种设备的故障诊断。 Grey forecasting model is discussed for fault diagnosis and prediction in this paper. The detailed modeling process is presented. The developing tendency of equipment system's state can be made sure by this method, and then the equipment maintenance can be made decision. The results show that the forecast model is simple and reliable. The method can also be widely used in industrial enterprises, health care and other industries of various equipment fault diagnosis.
