摘要
观察了中药制剂愈瘿片治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效 ,将 130例患者随机分为治疗组 (愈瘿片 ) 10 0例 ,对照组 (甲巯咪唑 ) 30例 ,观察患者血中 TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAb,TMAb,c AMP,c GMP以及症状体征的变化情况并进行了疗效对比。结果表明 ,愈瘿片能显著降低 TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TMAb,TGAb和良性调节c AMP,c GMP水平 ,临床疗效显著。总有效率与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但是 ,其临床控制率和显效率与对照组比较具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0
Objective:To study the effects of Yuying tablets,which is a pharmacentics of Chinese drugs,on patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods:One hundred and thirty patients with hyperthyroidism were randomized into two groups:treatment group(100 cases) and control group(30 cases).Serum levels of TT 3,TT 4,FT 3,FT 4,TSH,TGAb,TMAb and plasma of cAMP and cGMP were measured in patients and changes of syndromes and signs in patients were observed.Results:In the treatment group,the serum levels of TT 3,TT 4,FT 3,FT 4,TGAb and TMAb were lowered markedly in patients,and Yuying tablets can adjust the plasma levels of cAMP and cGMP.The remission rate and effectual rate in the treatment group were higer than those in the control group ,but there wasn't marked difference between the total effective rate in the treatment group and that in the control group.Conclusion:There were satisticly effects in treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism treated with Yuyin tablets.
