液基细胞学联合阴道镜检查对宫颈早期病变筛查的意义

摘要 目的探讨液基细胞学联合阴道镜检查对宫颈早期病变筛查的意义。方法对663例妇科门诊就诊患者行液基细胞学(TCT)检查,对按TBS分类检查为意义不明确的非典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-US)及以上病变者在阴道镜下行宫颈活检,以病理诊断为确诊标准。结果 87例ASC-US及以上病变中,慢性宫颈炎46例(52.9%),宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)Ⅰ19例(21.8%),宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)Ⅱ11例(12.6%),宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)Ⅲ5例(5.7%),宫颈鳞状细胞癌6例(6.9%)。结论液基细胞学检查联合阴道镜检查能提高对宫颈早期病变的诊断率。
