摘要
随着我国市场经济的深入发展,大学生就业方式的转变,大学生就业形势日益严峻,提升大学生就业能力是解决大学生就业难问题的关键,而毕业实习是提升大学生就业能力的重要环节。文章以广州大学为例,随机抽取2011届部分毕业生,分析了学生实习与就业的关系,得出了学生学习与其所学专业的对口与就业专业对口呈正相关的结论,并提出了大学生实习促进就业的对策,以保证大学生毕业实习的质量和实习成效,提高学生的就业竞争力。
With market economy further developing and university students＇ employment pattern changing,the employment situation of graduates become severe.Graduation practice is an effective way to improve students＇ job-hunting ability which contributes a lot to employment.Making a random sampling of 2011 graduates of Guangzhou University,this paper analyses the relationship between internship and employment.The conclusion is that the job suited to students＇ major is positively related to their practice training,thus we propose facilitating students＇ employment by virtue of internship to ensure the quality and effectiveness of internship and improve students＇ for employment.
