摘要
高校物业服务管理是一种特殊的服务行业,如何发挥好高校物业管理的服务效用,达到"管理育人,服务育人,环境育人"的要求,这是高校物业管理中的新课题。本文分析了当前高校物业管理中存在的问题,指出应建立新的体制和模式,加强人才培养、树立品牌意识、提高服务质量,最大效益地发挥物业管理的服务效用。
Estate service management of colleges and universities is a special service industry.It is a new thing and a new task in the estate management of colleges and universities that how to exert service efficiency of the estate management of colleges and universities in order to meet the reqiurement of management educating people,service educating people and environment educating people.The paper analyzes the existing problems in the estate management of colleges and universities.It points out that new system and new mode should be built.Talent cultivation should be strengthened,brand awareness should be established,service quality should be improved,so that to exert service efficiency of estate management at the maximum benefit.
