摘要
在股票型基金近些年来快速发展的同时,也沉积了不少问题,如市场缺乏优质上市公司、基金投资限制过多、基金管理费过高、基金老鼠仓以及风险管理制度缺陷等。在分析问题、剖析原因之后,我们提出推进优质公司国内上市、完善市场功能、降低管理费率、加强和改进市场监管、完善基金风险控制机制等政策建议。
The stock funds develop rapidly in recent years, at the same time, a lot of problems arise, such as lack of high quality of listed companies, limitation of fund investment, high fund management fee, the fund rat warehouse and risk management deficiencies. After analyze problems and reasons, we put forward to advance the quality of domestic listed companies, perfect market function, reduce the management fee rate, strengthen and improve mar- ket supervision, perfect the fund risk control mechanism.
