传热-泵耗功率函数法分析百叶窗翅片性能分析

摘要 对平行流换热器空气侧的百叶窗翅片建立流固耦合的三维模型运用Laminar方法进行数值模拟,结果表明传热与阻力特性与实验关联式吻合较好;为进一步阐明空气侧的强化传热翅片的性能,用传热-泵耗功率函数法分析了不同的翅片高度、窗翅高度、翅片厚度和翅片节距等结构参数下的百叶窗翅片性能,得到了一组综合性能较好的百叶窗翅片结构参数。 A three dimensional fluid - solid interaction model is established for cocurrent flow heat exchanger with louvered fin, and numerical simulation of heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics is conducted in air side of the cooler by Laminar model. It is found that the heat transfer and friction performance have good agreement with the correlations in the literatures; To further clarify the performance of louvered fin in the air side, it is analysed using function of heat transfer - pump power under different fin height, louver height, fin thickness and fin pitch to obtain a group of structural parameters of louvered fin, the comprehensive performance of which is better.
