摘要
为了充分利用每一部分的能源,在有些多联产系统中,把化工过程中产生的弛放气用于发电。弛放气的成分会随着化工生产方式的不同而体现不同的物理、化学特性。因此为了保证燃气轮机的稳定运行,需要对其基本燃烧特性进行研究。文章利用H、CH、CO的混合气模拟弛放气,通过实验研究扩散燃烧时燃烧室内温度和燃烧产物浓度随着过量空气系数变化而呈现的规律。
In poly- generation system, purge gas in the chemical engineering process generate electricity. Its composition changement appears different physical and chemical characteristics with the changing of the methods of production. So we should study the basic combustion characteristics of it, in oder to insure stability of gas turbine. This paper uses mixture gases of H2 、 CH4 、 CO to imitate purge gas, researches regulation of temperature in burner and the density of combustion product under diffusion combustion, along with variety of excessive air coefficient through experiment.
