摘要
目的识别、分析某化学建材厂建设项目职业病危害因素并进行控制效果评价。方法在职业卫生学调查的基础上,依据国家有关标准和规范的要求,对存在主要职业病危害因素的作业点进行检测,对接触职业病危害因素的职工进行职业体检。结果化学毒物定点采样102个样品,其中有3个样品的测定值不符合限值,其余样品测定值均符合限值;粉尘定点采样12个样品的检测结果均符合限值;18个噪声测定点中有3个测点超过85 dB(A)。职业体检未发现职业病疾患和职业禁忌证。结论该建设项目职业卫生状况基本达到国家职业卫生标准,该企业的职业病危害控制措施基本有效,但应加强个别工作场所化学毒物的控制措施。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazard in some chemical building materials factory construction project,evaluate the control effect.Methods On the basis of the occupational hygiene investigation,according to national standards and norms,the assessment for the operation points with major occupational hazard was counducted,and physical examination was conducted to the workers exposed to occupational harzard.Results A total of 102 samples were collected by chemical poisons fixed sampling,in which 3 samples didn＇t meet the limit values in the determination;12 samples from dust sampling point were all meet the standard;3 in 18 noise measurement points were over 85 dB（A） in the measurement.No contraindication career and occupational disease was found in occupational physical examination.Conclusion The status of occupational safety and hygiene in this project basically meet the national occupational stansards,and the control strategies were effective.However,chemical poisons control in some worksites should be strengthened.
