摘要
校园管理是学校平稳发展的保障。目前在提倡以人为本的大环境下,人性化、生态化的管理往往能够取得较好的成效。生态化管理对于构建绿色和谐校园,形成良好学风和教风具有重要作用。笔者从物质生态管理和人文生态管理2方面初步探讨了生态管理的内涵,为绿色校园的构建提供参考意见。
Management on campus was the safeguard to a smooth development for a college. Human and ecological management could often achieve better results at present in promoting people-oriented environment. Management ecologicalization has an important role in building green harmony campus, promoting good study and teaching style. We discussed the intension of eco-management from both material and human eco-management to provide some comments, which could be referred to the construction of green campus.
