摘要
目的 :评价Nd :YAG激光对三种细菌的杀菌效果。方法 :用剂量分别为 10 0mJ、2 5Hz、2 5W、140mJ、2 5Hz、3 5W及 16 0mJ、2 5Hz、4 0W的脉冲Nd :YAG激光对三种细菌悬液照射 4min后 ,计算其杀菌率。结果 :从低剂量到高剂量 ,激光对各菌种的杀菌率依次为绿脓杆菌 47 0 7%、86 74%和 10 0 % ;金黄色葡萄球菌为 2 5 6 9%、6 0 90 %和 10 0 % ;大肠埃希氏杆菌为14 81%、33 6 8%和 85 0 6 %。结论 :脉冲Nd :YAG激光对三种细菌的杀菌作用随激光剂量的增加而增强。不同细菌对激光照射的耐受性不同。
Objective:To detemine the bactericidal effects of the pulsed Nd:YAG laser on three species bacterial strains in vitro Cell suspensions of each strain were exposed to three laser energy groups of 100mJ,25Hz,2.5W;140mJ,25Hz,3.5W and 160mJ,25Hz,4.0W.Then the colonies were counted and the bactericidal rates were measured.Results:From low to high dosages,the bactericidal rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were respectively 47 07%,86 74% and 100%,Staphylococcus aureus were 25 69%,60 90% and 100%,Escherichia coli were 14 81%,33 68% and 85 06% under three laser parameters.Conclusion:These findings suggest that higher energy levels increased the bactericidal effects of the Nd:YAG laser.The relative resistance to laser radiation was different with each of the bacteria.We discussed the possibility of the laser in improving the clinical treatment of periodontitis.
