摘要 针对配料皮带秤测量精度低、误差大的现状,以AT91SAM7X256单片机为主控芯片,设计了配料秤控制器,详细介绍了配料皮带秤的工作原理,实现累计量控制的功能。该控制器充分利用AT91SAM7X256单片机的特点,采用双通道数据采集,设计了硬件电路,在此基础上,采用PID控制算法进行了配料皮带秤控制器的软件设计。电路设计新颖、测量精度达到1%、误差小于0.01t。 The batching scale to measure has low accuracy and big error.Based on AT91SAM7X256 microcomputer as the primary control chip,a batching scale controller was deasigned.The operating principle of the batching scale was introduced,realizing the cumulant control.The characteristic of AT91SAM7X256 single chip microcomputer was made full use of by bathing scale adopting two-channel data collection.Hardware circuit was designed,furthermore,the software for batching scale controller was designed adopting PID control algorithm,with the characteristic of novel circuit design,measuring accuracy reaching 1% and error less than 0.01 t.
