髂前下棘外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗Tile B型骨盆骨折32例

摘要 目的:评价髂前下棘外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗Tile B型骨盆骨折的价值。方法:对32例Tile B型骨盆骨折患者采用髂前下棘进钉,予以有限内固定和外固定支架固定10～13周。结果:32例均获得4～18个月随访,骨折复位良好,均骨性愈合;无一例发生压疮;8例出现浅表钉道感染,取钉后换药1周内切口愈合,外固定螺钉均无明显松动。结论:采用髂前下棘外固定支架结合有限内固定方法不但加强了骨盆整体结构的稳定性,而且恢复骨盆解剖序列的连续性,操作相对简便,患者更易康复,值得临床推广。
