摘要 用普通组织学方法,研究了乌苏里貉睾丸一般组织形态学结构、精子发生各个阶段的划分和生精细胞效率。发现乌苏里貉睾丸组织由曲精小管和间质两部分组成。曲精小管部分可见各个发育时期的生精细胞,包括精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精子细胞和精子。生殖细胞位于支持细胞周围,支持细胞发育成熟,血睾屏障明显。曲精小管外包管周肌样细胞,曲精小管之间的间质中可见大而胞质呈嗜酸性的间质细胞。对乌苏里貉睾丸精子发生过程阶段的观察研究发现,乌苏里貉精子发生根据各种生殖细胞形态和精子发生的周期状态,可以划分为8个阶段。支持细胞生精效率低于獭兔和大鼠的,但高于人睾丸支持细胞效率。本研究首次报道了乌苏里貉睾丸一般组织学结构,并对其睾丸的精子发生阶段进行了划分,为研究乌苏里貉雄性生殖机理提供了组织形态学依据。 The histological structure of Ussuri raccoon testis and spermatogenesis were studied in the present study by the normal histological method.The results showed that the testis of Ussuri raccoon consists of interstitial compartment and seminiferous compartment.In the seminiferous compartment,the Sertoli cells and all stages of germ cells including spermatogonia,spermatocytes,and spermatids,can be seen in the section.The spermatogenesis of Ussuri raccoon can be divided into eight stages as normal mammal species.The spermatogenesis efficiency of Sertoli cell was 5:1,lower than that of rat and rabbit and higher than that of man.Our findings were the first depict of histological structure of Ussuri raccoon testis and stages of spermatogenesis which gave a morphological basis for study on male reproductive mechanism of Ussuri raccoon.
