摘要
近年来乳品安全事件频繁发生,本文通过介绍我国乳品标准体系的发展和乳品标准体系的特点,对我国现行的在奶畜养殖环节、生产加工环节和流通环节的乳品国家标准、行业标准进行相关阐述,分析我国乳品标准体系的现状。
Dairy safety incidents occur frequently in recent years.This article introduces the development and features of China s dairy product standards system,and summarizes and analyzes the current national and industrial standards for dairy products concerning cow breeding,production,processing,and circulation.Meanwhile,a review of the current status of China s dairy product standards system is provided.
