摘要
城管与摊贩的矛盾冲突问题不仅仅是个法律问题,更是个社会问题,涉及经济、社会、法律、体制、机制等各个方面。化解城管与摊贩矛盾冲突在于从法制、体制、机制上,不断创新,寻求城市管理与民生关怀之间的平衡点,在于促进社会的公平正义,形成宽容理性的社会心态。
the conflict between city inspectors and vendors is not only an legal issue,but more also a social issue,which involves in many aspects such as economy,society,law,system and mechanism.To dissolve the conflict between city inspectors and vendors lies in continuous innovation in terms of law,mechanism and system,in seeking a balance point between urban management and livelihood care,and in promoting social fairness and justice,with tolerant and rational social attitude formed.
