摘要
综述了氮、磷对微藻生长和产毒的影响,对于控制赤潮的发生及如何获得更多毒素产物进行研究具有重要意义.氮、磷是影响微藻生长和代谢产物的主要营养因子.氮、磷营养盐的缺乏会限制微藻的生长,微藻生长需要适宜的氮、磷质量浓度.不同的氮、磷质量浓度对微藻产毒具有不同的影响,某些藻在高氮或高磷条件下产毒较多;某些藻反而在低氮或低磷条件下获得更多的毒素.氮和磷对微藻的作用往往是相互的,共同影响着微藻的生长和产毒.
The article reviews the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus on the growth and toxin production of microalgae.It is important to control of red tide and get more toxic products for the research.The main nutritional factors of microalgae growth and toxin production are nitrogen and phosphorus.The growth of microalgae was restricted by nitrogen-limitation and phosphorus-limitation.It growth need appropriate concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus.Different nitrogen and phosphorus concentration have different effects on toxin-production.Some algae produce more toxic in high-nitrogen or high-phosphorus,but some are reverse.Nitrogen and phosphorus are mutual,as well as influence the growth and toxin production of microalgae.
