摘要
表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器的光源波长和金膜的厚度影响表面等离子体共振吸收,波长及金膜厚度不同,共振峰的半宽度及深度就会不同,即仪器的灵敏度和实验现象不同.该文利用MATLAB模拟仿真,计算得出表面等离子体共振传感器不同波段光源对应的最佳金属膜厚度,将中心波长为1 550nm、1 310nm、850nm、660nm 4种光源进行对比,得出光源波长为1 550nm、金膜厚度为40nm时,表面等离子体共振传感器的灵敏度最高,实验现象最明显.
For the SPR(surface plasmon resonance) sensor,both the wavelength of the light source and the thickness of the gold film effect the surface plasma resonance absorption.When the thickness is different,the full width at half maximum and the deepness of the resonance peak are also different,which means that the sensitivity and experimental phenomena are different.In this paper,we calculated the thickness of metal film corresponding to the light of different wave band using MATLAB.At the same time,four lights centered at 1550 nm,1310nm,850nm and 660nm are compared.The results showed that the sensitivity of SPR sensor is the highest with the most obvious experimental phenomena when the light centers at 1550 nm and the thickness is 40nm.
