摘要
该文研究了不确定时滞奇异系统基于PD观测器的鲁棒控制条件,条件以LMI的形式给出,便于计算出控制增益矩阵和观测器的增益矩阵.
A Robust control scheme is proposed for a class of singular systems with time delay based on PD-observer technique.Some conditions are presented by LMIs so that it is easy to work out gains about control and observer.
