摘要
通过对平地机再制造工艺流程及部分关键零部件的表面修复方法进行分析,对各关键零部件的破坏形式进行论述,搭建了平地机再制造产品质量控制体系。结果表明,控制体系对提高再制造产品质量和生产效率具有很高的实用价值。
The remanufacture process of motor grader and the surface restoration techniques for key components were studied. The damage forms of components were discussed and the quality control system was built. Results show that the control system is practical in improving the quality of remanufacture products and the production efficiency.
