摘要
通过对温拌胶粉改性沥青混合料进行高温稳定性、低温稳定性及水稳定性试验,研究温拌条件下胶粉细度及掺量对沥青混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:在低掺量条件下,随着胶粉细度增大,混合料的路用性能总体呈增长趋势;在胶粉细度较小时,随着胶粉掺量增加,混合料的路用性能总体呈增长趋势;建议最佳胶粉细度为60目,最佳掺量为17.5%。
The influence of fineness and quantity of rubber on road performance of warm mix asphalt was studied by running the tests of high-temperature stability, low-temperature stability as well as water stability. The results show that when the rubber quantity is low, the road performance of warm mix asphalt shows a growing trend as the fineness increases; when the fineness is low, the performance is generally increasing as the rubber quantity turns bigger. It is suggested that the optimum fineness should be 60 meshes, and the quantity should be 17.5%.
