摘要
0引言坑槽是沥青路面最常见的一种局部破损病害,它不仅会严重影响路面的平整度和行车的舒适性,还会大大削弱坑槽周围路面结构的强度,引起渗水。如不及时修补坑槽,在交通载荷和雨水等因素的综合作用下,局部破损会很快扩大,降低路面使用性能,严重危及驾驶人员的安全,并造成养护费用的增加。因此,路面坑槽修补是最常见、最基础的养护作业。长期以来,人们已经习惯于方形坑槽,在《沥青路面养护技术规范》中,也提出了"圆坑方补"的要求。然而,根据理论分析和实践证明,坑槽形状对修补质量和使用寿命有着重要影响,为此针对不同坑槽形状进行以下相关分析。
By the use of elastic plane stress solution,the distribution and magnitude of stress on pits and pothole patching with different shapes were analysed.Meanwhile,the evenness of new material compaction, the sealing to water and the effect on riding comfort of square pits and round pits were also comparatively analysed.A conclusion that the round pothole patching is much better than the square one was obtained.
