摘要
马铃薯脱毒苗经环腐病菌悬液浸根后,再用A-10'生防菌液处理,结果表明:叶片内的苯丙氨酸解胺酶(PAL)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和叶绿素的含量与对照相比均有明显的增加,表明植物的抗病性增强;可溶性蛋白的释放减少,表明降低了病菌对组织的破坏作用,说明嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌对马铃薯植株的抗病性具有诱导效应。
Endophytic bacteria A-10′ have remarkable preventive function to Potato bacteria ring rot.The paper studies the changes of the chlorophyll contents and the activity of several enzymes inside the plants of potato.After they have been treated with bacterial suspension of A-10′.The experiment result shows that,compared with the control,the activity of CAT,PAL and the content of chlorophyll in leaves of potato increased obviously and the content of solube protein reduced.The paper concluded that as the activity of the enzymes mentioned above and the chlorophyll contents are in positive relation to the disease resistance of plants.And the content of solube protein reduced showed that the germ reduce the damaging effects of bacteria on the organization.
