摘要
黄河三角洲保护区位于山东省东营市东北部黄河入海口处,包括现在的黄河入海口和1976年改道后的黄河故道入海口,面积15.30万hm2。它由东营市政府筹建和主管,在保护、科研监测和教育培训方面做出了明显的成绩,但在资源持续利用和生态旅游方面还停留在规划上,需要进一步落实到实际行动中,本文就拟在这些方面作一些探讨,提出一些建议,供有关方面参考。
Yellow River Delta Reserve is located in the area of entering sea port of Yellow River in northeastern Dongying city, including present entered seaport and the old seaport of Yellow River after changing course in 1976. Total area is 153000 ha. It is established and managed by the Dongying city government. It made distinct successes in conservation, scientific research and monitoring, education and training, but still remains at the planning in resource., sustainable use and ecotourism, needing to further fulfill down to practical action. The paper deals with these problems and proposes some suggestions for reference of related departments.
