摘要
通过搞好灌区节水工程建设，推广渠道衬砌和防渗等技术，整治病险工程，对渠系建筑物及量水设施全面配套，实现了节水增效。通过节水改造项目的实施，使供水方向发生了转变。
Through doing well irrigation area water project construction, promotion channel lining and seepage control technology of engineering, remediation, the canal ,lystem structures and the amount of water facilities supporting comprehensive, realize the water-saving efficiency.The water- saving transformation project implementation, so that the water supply direction change.
