在知识经济时代,数字阅读已成为人们获取信息的主要方式,信息技术的发展,改变了学术研究者们的信息交流模式,学术交流与信息传播求新求快的需要,使学术期刊网络优先出版成为大势所趋,学术期刊编辑部已具备了实施的条件。OA期刊是优先出版的一种表现形式。
In the age of knowledge- based economy, digital reading has become a main way for people to obtain information. The development of information technology has changed the mode of information communication for academic researchers The need for academic communication and new and quick information spreading makes it an irresistible trend to preemptively publish academic journals on the interact. Meanwhile, the editorial department of academic journals is ready for such a trend. The OA journal is one manifestation of preemotive oublication.
