摘要
众多因素参与了胆囊结石的形成过程,如胆汁胆固醇成核异常、胆汁胆固醇过饱和以及成石基因、胆囊动力功能异常、幽门螺杆菌感染等方面,本文对幽门螺杆菌检测方法、幽门螺杆菌感染与胆囊结石形成关系及可能机制做一综述。
Many factors involved in gallstone formation,such as biliary cholesterol into the nuclear abnormalities,biliary cholesterol saturation and the gene into the stone,gallbladder motility abnormalities,H.pylori infection,this paper is for the tests of Helicobacter pylori、the relationship of Helicobacter pylori infection and gallstone formation and possible mechanisms to do a overview.
