两种下颌骨种植体周边骨质吸收的对比研究

摘要 目的:通过X线片评估奥齿泰种植体与ITI种植体在下颌骨种植后种植体边缘骨吸收的差别。方法:49例患者植入59颗种植体,其中奥齿泰种植体31颗,ITI种植体28颗,行X线片牙槽骨边缘高度测定。结果:奥齿泰种植体骨吸收呈缓慢上升趋势,而ITI种植体骨吸收相对平稳,种植后0~6个月时ITI种植体周骨吸收高于奥齿泰种植体,具有统计学差异。结论:奥齿泰种植体系统骨结合较早,ITI种植系统远期骨吸收相对较少。 Objective:This study was to radio graphically evaluate marginal bone loss about Ossem SS Ⅱ implants and ITI implants after insertion in mandible. Methods:Total of 59 implants were placed in 49 patients, including 31 Osstem SS Ⅱ implants and 28 Ⅲ implants. Marginal bone height was calculated through X - ray checking. Results: To both implant systems, there was a slowly rose trend to bone absorb, but Ossem SS Ⅱ implant system was milder than that of ITI implant system. The amount of bone loss of ITI implant system was more than Ossem SS Ⅱ implant system in the early time, It has statistically significant. Conclusion:Ossem SS Ⅱimplants are propitious to osseointegration of forepart; ITI implants will more stably after a period of functional loading.
