颜面赝复数字化远程诊疗系统的初步建立与临床试用

摘要 目的:建立一套颜面赝复数字化远程诊疗系统,并进行临床应用评价。方法:系统采用服务器/浏览器(Server/Brower,B/S架构),基于网络(NET)开发。应用此套系统,通过异地端患者基本信息、照片、CT数据的上传,及本地端数据下载,赝复体CAD设计与快速成型加工,进行1例病例的远程诊疗。结果:建立的颜面赝复数字化远程诊疗系统为ASP.NET三层架构,其核心包括病人管理、知识库管理、系统管理三大模块。通过这套系统成功的完成了一例左面颊部缺损病例的远程诊疗,取得较好效果。结论:建立的颜面赝复数字化诊疗系统能够很好的为临床工作服务,为颜面赝复CAD/CAM的发展和进一步推广提供了良好的平台。 Objective: To establish the remote digital diagnosis and treatment system for facial prostheses.And to evaluate the result of the clinical application of this remote digital system.Methods: B/S(Server/Brower)was used as the framework of this remote digital system,which was developed based on.NET.By using this remote system,patient's information,picture and CT data could be uploaded at the Remote terminal,and the data were downloaded at the local terminal.Then the CAD design and rapid fabrication of the prosthesis were completed.A clinical case was done by using this remote digital system.Results: The remote digital diagnosis and treatment system for facial prostheses was established,which was supported by ASP.NET architecture.This system had three modules,including patient management module,system management module and knowledge base module.A patient with left cheek defect was treated successfully by using this remote system.Better prosthetic result was obtained.Conclusions: Clinical work could be benefit from the remote digital diagnosis and treatment system for facial prostheses,which provide a better platform for the development and further promotion of the CAD/CAM for facial prostheses.
