摘要
目的:探讨"健身气功·八段锦"训练干预对大学生身体形象、心理幸福感、心理悲伤感、心理应激水平的影响。方法:采用实验研究的方法,以江苏省淮阴师范学院大二学生为实验对象,采用自评问卷的方法分别在实验前、实验后对其自我形象、心理幸福感、心理悲伤感、心理应激水平进行测量。结果表明:1)实验结束后,对照组学生心理幸福感水平下降,而"健身气功·八段锦"训练组心理幸福感水平未出现显著变化,心理悲伤感和心理应激水平却显著下降;同时"健身气功.八段锦"训练组在实验后自我形象与实验前无显著差异,但有改善的倾向,而对照组自我形象在实验前后无显著变化,2)回归分析显示:自我形象得分可解释47%的心理幸福感方差,心理应激水平得分解释心理悲伤感的27%的方差。结论:"健身气功·八段锦"训练对学生的心理健康有显著的促进作用。
Objective: The aim of this study was to explore whether "Health Qigong·Ba Duan Jin" could have an effect on well-being,psychologic distress,self image and genenral stress among college sutdents.Methods:The "Health Qigong·Ba Duan Jin" group had scheduled "Health qigong·Ba Duan Jin" 60 min pertime,3 times per week for 8 weeks.Self-reported well-being,psychologic distress,self-image,and stress were measured pre and post intervention.Results: The control group had reduced well-being at school during the semester and the "Health Qigong·Ba Duan Jin"group was stable.The "Health Qigong·Ba Duan Jin" group reduced psychologic distress and stress,and had a tendency to improve self-image,whereas no changes were found in the control group self-image explains 47% of well-being at school,and stress explains 27% of psychologic distress.Conclusions: "Health Qigong·Ba Duan Jin" is a possible way to improve physical and psychological well-being of students.
