摘要
应用现代管理学的SWOT分析方法,对我国普通高校体育课武术双语教学的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等内外环境进行了较为系统的分析,提出高校武术双语教学的发展对策:教育部门应加大政策支持力度;高校要加强武术双语教学师资建设;武术双语教材的逐步健全和合理配置;注重武术双语教学的科学研究;主动培养学生的学习兴趣,做到因材施教、因地制宜。
The thesis analyzes the internal and external environment including the strength,weakness,opportunities and threats for the bilingual teaching of Martial Arts in Chinese colleges with the method of SWOT analysis of modern management.And the thesis puts some countermeasures as follow： the policy support of the education department should be strengthened;the qualified teachers in the higher education institutes should be reinforced;the teaching materials of bilingual teaching of Martial Arts should be improved gradually and configured rationally;the scientific research of the bilingual teaching of Martial Arts should be emphasized;actively cultivate the learning interests of the students,and follow the principle of individualized instruction.
