高温不同湿度环境下运动对电解质及血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Acute Exercise in different Relative Humidity Hot Environment on Electrolyte,Angiotension Ⅱ and Aldosterone

摘要 目的:探讨高温不同湿度环境下运动对最大摄氧量、电解质及其调节激素的影响。方法:20名男性受试者随机分成对照组和运动组,实验分4次完成,测定运动组最大摄氧量值,运动和对照组测试后的尿电解质、血清血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮浓度。结果:运动组33℃80%相对湿度时的最大摄氧量值明显低于其他湿度。湿度对血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮浓度都有明显的影响(P<0.01);运动能明显升高血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮浓度(P<0.01)。结论:1)高温高湿环境(33℃80%RH)中机体运动能力下降。2)运动促进血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮的释放。3)高温时不同湿度对血管紧张素Ⅱ有明显影响。 Objective: The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect of acute exercise in hot and different relative humidity environment on electrolyte and serum angiotensionⅡ(AngⅡ) and aldosterone.Methods: Twenty male subjects were randomly divided into control group and exercise group.After the experiment,the VO2max of the exercise,electrolyte,serum ang II and aldosterone concentration.Results:After exercise,exercise group VO2max at 80%RH was lower than other RH.AngⅡ and aldosterone have obvious changes in different relative humidity(P0.01);Exercise promote serum AngⅡ and aldosterone significantly(P0.01).Conclusion: 1)Hot and humid environment inhibit exercise ability.2)Exercises promote serum AngⅡ and aldosterone concentration.3)Different humid in hot environment has significant effect in the serum AngⅡ concentration.
