瘦素与雌激素在骺板内的作用机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 瘦素和雌激素是青春期的重要激素,共同参与了长骨骺板的生长代谢。二者都能调控骺板软骨细胞的增殖、分化以及凋亡,其相应的受体在骺板的不同细胞层存在共表达现象。目前,国外对瘦素和雌激素在骺板内的作用机制研究日渐增多,对揭示青春期骨发育有重要的意义,但关于二者的相互作用关系仍未完全阐明。
