摘要
目前国外高强高模纤维的发展依然强劲,2010年PAN基碳纤维的需求量约为3.0×104～3.2×104t,2011年可望达到4×104t,2015年将达到7×104t,此后将以15%左右的速率增长,其主要牵动市场为新一代飞机、大型风电叶片、汽车等。2010年全球对位芳酰胺纤维的需求量已恢复至5×104t,2011年比2010年增长6%,而中长期将以7%～9%的速率增长;杜邦将于2011年年底扩大其产能,而帝人在2010～2012年间计划将产能扩大15%～25%。超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维的需求仍将保持15%的高增长率,帝人也介入到该领域。氧化铝纤维也保持旺盛需求,三菱树脂不断扩大其产能。而高性能人造蜘蛛纤维将投入生产。
Recent Development of high strength and high modulus fibers are still powerful,the demand of PANbased carbon fiber was 3.0×104～3.2×104 t in 2010 and will expand to 4.0×104 t and 7×104 t in 2010 and 2015 respectively,then it will growth at the rate of about 15%,the main markets will be new generation airplanes,large wind power blades and automotives etc.The demand of global p-aramid fibers was recovered to 5×104 t in 2010, and will increase 6% in 2011 compared to 2010,the growth rate will be 7%～9% in middle and long term.Du Pont Company will expand their Kevlar capacity in the end of 2011,while Teijin Company plans to expand their Twaron capacity 15%～25% during 2010～2012.The demand of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber will keep 15% high growth rate,Teijin company has participate in this field.The demand of alumina fiber is also keeping vigorous,Mitsubishi Resin Company is expanding their capacities steady,while artificial high performance spider silk fiber will put into production.
