摘要
目的：分析近5年来北京天坛医院抗癫痫药物的使用情况。方法：对我院2006～2010年抗癫痫药物处方进行抽样调查并统计。结果：目前我院使用量最大的抗癫痫药是丙戍酸钠和卡马西平。抗癫痫药物大部分被神经外科和神经内科使用。结论：我院以神经科学为特色．因此抗癫痫药物的应用比较常见。卡马西平与丙戊酸钠两种经典的抗癫痫药物还是临床用于抗癫痫的主要药物．托吡酯与奥卡西平等新药也逐步获得认可。
Objective： To study the prescription of antiepileptic drugs in Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Methods： Sample survey and analysis of the prescription of antiepileptic drugs in Beijing Tiantan Hospital during 2006-2010 were performed. Results： Sodium valproate and carbamazepine were the most frequently used anti-epileptic drugs. Conclusion： Sodium valproate and carbamazepine were the main therapeutic agents for prophylaxis and treatment of epilepsy while topiramate and Oxcarbazepine were gaining more recognition tbr fewer drug interactions and adverse drug reactions.
