头部照射对去肾上腺雄性大鼠下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究采用10GyX线头部照射去肾上腺雄性大鼠动物模型,观察血清LH、FSH和睾丸嗣(TS)水平及睾丸cAMP含量变化。其结果证实,去肾上腺雄性穴鼠垂体—性腺轴功能低下。经10GyX线头部照射后第1天,血清LH和FSH(P<0.01)水平降低,与正常大鼠头部照射后第1天变化基本一致。但是,照射后第2天二者都趋于增高(P>0.05),这可能与下丘脑CRF和GnRH两种神经元相互作用有关。而照射后第1天和第2天,血清TS(P<0.01)水平和睾丸cAMP(P<0.05)含量皆增高,其变化可能与皮质类固醇激素分泌缺乏直接影响睾丸内分泌功能或与睾丸本身的自我调节有关。 Head irradiation with 10 Gy X-rays was given to adrenalectomized male rats in the present study to observe the changes of serum LH, FSH and testosterone (TS) levels and testcular cAMP content. The results showed that the function of pituitary-gonad axis decreased in the adrenalectomized male rats. The levels of serum LH and FSH were lower, (P<0.01), and the levels in both adrenalectomized and intact rats changed essentially in thesa me direction on the first day after head irradiation, while the levels of serum LH and FSH were tending to increase on the second day (P>0.05). The changes might be related to the interaction of both hypothalamic CRF and GnRH neurons. Both the serum TS level (P<0.01) and testicular cAMP (P<0.05) content increased on the first and second days after head irradiation. The changes might be related to deficiency of corticosteroid secretion which could directly cause the change of the testicular endocrine function Or to testicular self-regulation.
